Autobiography of a Flea, Mark Richfield The Autobiography of a Flea was published in London around the year 1887 and is as fine a piece of late Victorian rudery as one could possibly wish for.
This, indeed, is one of the rudest tales ever written, recounted by a very philosophical flea who witnesses, at close quarters, the ravishment of two innocent French girls and their subsequent life of debauchery. No sexual practice is too extreme for them, and nor does the author balk at the most graphic descriptions of their sexual ordeals; the text is surprisingly contemporary in feel.
Lustily illustrated in colour by new Canadian artist Mark Richfield.
